North America Center Joint Venture is comprised of affiliates of The Allied Group and Nanco Enterprises, Inc.

As the managing partner of North America Center, The Allied Group is a diversified company engaged in construction, commercial real estate development. Based in Buffalo and Brockport, New York, Allied is principally engaged in these activities throughout the metropolitan areas of Rochester and Buffalo, and is annually ranked among the largest contractors and developers in Western New York. Allied has served many outstanding companies such as Kraft Foods, Rich Products, Fisher-Price, Tops and Wegman’s Supermarkets, and the Rochester Institute of Technology, to name a few.

The Allied Group consists of Allied Builders, Inc. and Allied Real Estate Development.

Nanco Enterprises, Inc. is a Buffalo-based commercial, industrial, and residential development firm. In addition to their involvement in North America Center, the firm has several other projects under development throughout Western New York and is pursuing other venture capital projects. Nanco’s residential division, Essex Homes of Western New York, currently has projects under construction throughout Erie County.
