Improvements
NAC was opened in the fall of 1993. Over 8,500 lineal feet of new road and related infrastructure has been installed thus far. Development in the park to date is in excess of 600,000 sq. ft. on 85+ acres.

Environmental
NAC is previously undeveloped 425 acre “greenfield” site. A complete Environmental Impact Statement (under SEQR) was completed for the entire park thereby eliminating the requirement for a full E.I.S. for individual projects.

Topography
The park is generally level with a 1% slope.
