Highway
NAC has 1.2 miles of exposure along the Route 400 Expressway. The Route 400 Expressway/Union Road interchange is less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the park and two miles from Interstate 90. NAC is an approved destination for access via double (tandem) 48’ trailers.

Rail
A Conrail/Norfolk Southern main line is located contiguous and parallel to the southern border of NAC. A rail spur serves Sonwil Distribution and as a result, park tenants have access to third party rail services. Approximately 30 acres of available land at NAC have rail frontage and a significantly greater amount of acreage could have rail access with additional spur installations.

Air
The Buffalo-Niagara International Airport is approximately 7 miles (10 minutes) from NAC. The airport offers both passenger and cargo service.
